Before we had to avoid dairy with him, he had a go to section in the fridge door holding go-gurt and cheese sticks. Since that doesn't work anymore I revised the plan and have designated a drawer that is his height for snack foods.
Not ground breaking I know, but it's helped in an unexpected way: faster lunch prep! Now I can stock the main sandwich and he can add a protein and fruit or veggie option! It's been great!
